I *thought* the user stats looked just like this morning's so got on here to see whether anyone else was commenting on it. Glad to know it wasn't just me. I'm sure the techs will straighten everything out shortly.

The user stats did not update so the team stats reflect just half a day. Something ran for me as the scraper shows my 12 and 24 hour tallies per science as: 0,62 0,99 C4CW 0,89 1,20 CEP2 0,30 0,42 HCMD2 1,25 2,59 HFCC 0,00 0,00 HCC 0,23 0,75 HPF2 0,00 0,00 FAAH 0,00 0,00 DDDT2 0,00 0,00 FLU1 0,00 0,00 CEP1 0,00 0,00 DDDT 0,00 0,00 BETA I noticed a large "spill" record in my history, and the global do so too and shows 3-10-10 53:140:04:26:26 50,588,987 103,877 so guess it was (re)run late, as in about 4 hours after 00:06 UTC. When you wake up the stats world will be OK again ;D

Unfortunately they're not. The user stats did just update in the morning run but the team stats are still unchanged.

I noticed this morning that my individual stats had updated at midnight local time (UTC-4) rather than the usual midnight UTC. Then I checked a few minutes ago and noticed that the individual numbers had updated again on the regular schedule of noon UTC, 8:00AM local time (US EDT). So, that is 2 updates so far today and the day is only half over.

The team stats for Saturday included user numbers up thru the midday stats run. The end of day stats were not included. Hopefully, they'll run properly tonight and we'll just have another missing day but correct overall numbers case.

I am too tired at the moment to be totally certain but if I had to say one way or the other, I'd say things are still wrong. Here's why. The Team Statistics History for my team shows this now:
----------------------------------------10/3/10 0:253:18:52:01 612,737 1,197 10/2/10 0:111:07:34:38 262,420 516 The stats I put out for our team uses the data from the Team Member Details and Statistics. It tells me that, starting with the data from 10/1, we have done 612,737 points over the last TWO days. We're regularly running in the 500k points a day range so the 262,420 being from Saturday morning fits. It's about half of normal. If the other half of Saturday's points had gotten included in today's, I would have expected something closer to 700K if not more for today. Also, normally after you re-run the stats when there's been a problem, the numbers for that day reflect that - they change in other words. The totals in the My Team section of the My Grid page for us never changed. After the Sunday morning run, they were identical to the original Saturday night run. I normally keep open tabs for the previous day's EOD run and today's mid-day run to compare with today's EOD run when it finishes. I won't rule out being wrong, but I'm not convinced all is well. |

Kevin, I think something is definitely still wrong. As of 10/1, I had 13,407,376 points for MyOnlineTeam. If I look at the Member Statistics section of my My Grid page, it shows that I had 13,832 points for 10/2 and 15,369 points for 10/3. That adds up to 13,436,577 but at the bottom of my My Grid page, it says I have 13,422,745 points now. That's 13,832 points less.

Kevin, just go to statistics, by teams and have a look at the bar-graphs of the top teams. They all show the same trend with half a day missing.
