Although I cannot view your daily statistics, I would guess that the gaps occur when you have downloaded a large work unit. There will be no entry appearing in your statistics on any day that you did not return a result. If a work unit starts on one day and does not complete until after midnight UTC the following day, there will be no entry that day (the day following when it started). About the middle of your "My Grid" page you can check your daily statistics for the past 14, 30, 60 or 365 days. Click one of those that would span one of the gaps you see in your statistics. When you locate the gap, you will probably see that the statistics for the day following the gap show a Total Run Time that is longer than a day.

Re: holes in the stats

George --

I decided to check out what Lewis had said about the gaps. I have two PC's running on the grid, so I had to go back quite a way to find a gap in my statistics, but I found one on January 19. Here is what I found:

Statistics Date Total Run Time Points Generated Results Returned
01/21/2005.... 0:006:13:25:20.... 3,468..................... 5
01/20/2005.... 0:001:01:14:18....... 350..................... 1
01/18/2005.... 0:001:08:14:52....... 445..................... 2

The gap happened on 01/19 -- no result returned. On 01/20, it looks like one of my systems returned a result that ran for just over a full day which must have started just before the end of the 18th and completed just after midnight between the 19th and 20th. Then on January 21, my two systems returned 6 days and 13 hours of results! I must have had a very large work unit running on one of my systems to have gotten credit for over 6 days.
