Hello, I had the same problem. Aborting the task didn't stop the dowloading, and it wasn't possible to cancel the downloading, and no other task was required to server. After one day hoping it will come back, I have reset the project and everything seems to work again. I immediatly got about 50 task and all the download are OK. Got exactly the same situation here : download stuck, no new download, trying to cancel the download only froze the boinc manager, aborting the task didn't remove the download, multiple reboot didn't change a thing... Same way to fix it : reset the project. I'm on XP, so Vista is (for once) not the root cause. Thanks for the advise. This one went dead some time ago. Was nice for it plotted hourly/daily/weekly up/down time.
