Hello everybody.
One of my machines is running since 10 hours ago, but Task Excecution Progress % is ramaining at 35% and does not move from there? Any idea on what to do? I have stopped and restarted my PC. Tks . Gustavo |

The first question is -- if you bring up the Agent and switch over to the Application View showing the current protein, do you see an advancing line graph with a changing Rosetta score, indicating ongoing computation?
If so, then patience is called for. If not, then just what do you see? mycrofth |
