Can you please check the previous result logs in the Work Unit quorum detail (click on their Status column link)
----------------------------------------to find out why they failed. You've got task number 4 (..._3) in normally a quorum 2, so you have a repair job on hand that is long and potentially going to time out. We can fix this by making an edit, but first post the quorum detail and identify what the first three ended in (Pending Validation, No Reply, Error, etc). Edit: your image is way to wide so I manually broke up the text for easier reading.
