CEP and Economy

Here's my 2 cents.

If I can produce T-Bones at .10 per pound, why would I sell it so low? Somehow, somewhere, someone is going to end up with a patent. They're going to make a killing.

If this project succeeds (which I hope it does in some form) we all can benefit in the long run. And as time goes, the price will drop because of the competetive nature of the market. That's when we all win. This is just one step in that long proccess.

My mom died of cancer in '07. I have 1 PC doing nothing but HCC right now. I wanted this PC (2nd one) to do CEP projects only.

My line of thought is if pollution causes disease. What better thing to do. It might drop the rate of people dieing from anything related to pollution. And the bonus being help save the planet.

You make a good point. If CEP is successful in its aims it will also make crunching wu's for other projects more environmentally friendly biggrin
