Hola!
I have a WU that has an error, it restarts again and again. I counted more than 20 time until a saw it and stopped it. What should I do? How can I report this error? I don't want just abort the unit and somebody else gets it with the same problem. I have that happen to me every now and then. It will repeat for a while, after which the task will be flagged as an error and returned to WCG. Another user will pick it up and typically it will be completed without errors by him or her.
Restarting my PC may also resolve it, but typically I don't bother ("No micro management" also applies here), it will get resolved automatically. The sole exception being if job after job after job goes erroneous, possibly from different projects; in that situation I do have to restart my PC. This however has only happended twice this year, after weeks of continues use without rebooting) |
