Re: IADS Badge: Who will be first in Bronze, Silver & Gold?

If it makes you feel better you now have 10 out of the 14 results that have been validated so far wink

It appears to be a great project roll out so far!

WTG Dataman, looks like you got a bronze already.. and it looks like the image is the amino acid Tryptophan

These little image collections are more addictive than pokemon cards...

shock Re: IADS Badge: Who will be first in Bronze, Silver & Gold?

It's time I go cold turkey, for this is near complete perversion of the badge award system... you cause all us minions to have severe inferiority complexes... and having been feeling not too well anyway since eating the Mexican spiced chicken wings yesterday silly

Re: IADS Badge: Who will be first in Bronze, Silver & Gold?

I've seen a gold badge. Look in the top 10 members and you will find it. That's insanely quick !! confused

On the other hand, when you average 818 days of run-time per day like this member does, the 90 days required for gold is done in just over 2.5 hours! Cool cool

applause Re: IADS Badge: Who will be first in Bronze, Silver & Gold?

I have to say dataman, I am suitably impressed, as a professional performance tester I can throw 30 cores at WCG for a high percentage of the day and I still reckon I'm a couple of days out from getting badges.
You must contribute mightily to the good

smile Re: IADS Badge: Who will be first in Bronze, Silver & Gold?

Ma première unité pour ce projet a été envoyée aujourd'hui (j'ai forcé son démarrage à la main ce matin) hugs
Pour les suivantes, faudra attendre que ce que j'avais dans le cache soit calculé smile

Re: IADS Badge: Who will be first in Bronze, Silver & Gold?

Me thinks he had a "CA" advantage at the starting gun. laughing biggrin laughing Congradulations!

Thank you for the congrats that I was not trying to get: with so many master crunchers around I never thought I had a chance. smile

Regarding the advantage it's true that I knew something was coming, but any regular reader of this forum could expect the same: with 2 different beta tests speeded up and successful within a few days it was normal to expect something. Therefore my devices were in "awaiting" mode with an extra work buffer of 0.1 day.

Just after seeing the announcement I only had to change the device profiles and raise the extra work setting a little for getting new IADS WUs. And since I was curious about the graphics I pushed one manually. That's it. I have not even forced the reporting after completion because I had gone to bed exceptionally early. smile

Here is the winner so that you can check the times:
flu10101a0001_ 100400_ 0-- JmB-6600-Ub64 Valide 05/05/09 14:58:45 05/05/09 19:41:28 3,94 112,6 / 68,7

And it was under Linux, for once.
Regarding credits it's less wonderful, but with the crazy inflated benchmark of 6.2.18 it's not surprising.

Cheers. Jean.
