Re: Welcome to the Influenza Antiviral Drug Search project

Hi Banmaster!
Simply go to your My Projects page, review the projects which are selected and don't forget to save before leaving (button at the bottom right of that screen).

If you are using a specific device profile for your machine you may also need to check that profile.

Cheers. Jean.

Re: Welcome to the Influenza Antiviral Drug Search project

I think that people should not abort all of their current work units just because a new project comes along.
To make things more automatic, there is a project option to opt-in to new things coming online. It is also helpful to check the box to send other work if the project(s) you are working on have run out, either permanently or temporarily.

Re: Welcome to the Influenza Antiviral Drug Search project

Can you check other AutoDock projects if looking good. On my laptop for all these I just get a black frame. HCC and HPF2 show properly.

Screenshot of HFCC
Any ideas? confused (Anyway, it's not so important - it shows progress and spinning model fine smile )

It appears that your graphics are rendering the static images at the wrong viewport in the graphics. It is like they are trying to squeeze the entire screen in the area I have told the graphics to draw the static images. Can you provide me with more information on your system. Graphics card type, and what drivers you're using for it. I have tested using the basic graphics in Ubuntu on an Nvidia card and ATI. I do not have an intel graphics machine readily available to test the graphics on but i'm curious if that is causing the issue or the graphics drivers used.

I will try to get my hands on a Intel graphics machine soon. All of the machines I am dealing with at the moment do not have on board graphics cards. Thank you for the information.
