Yes, assign or create a specific device profile, max is 4 with predetermined names, deselect the offending project in that device profile and couple the laptop to it in the device manager.

I retested all projects yesterday on the quad, vista 32, even got a few CEP and had a 100% score, so it remains wholly unresolved why particularly HPF2 is failing in your set up. Read threat started by RT on the topic. Who knows there's something there that makes you find your Eureka, which we like to hear of course.

I see that the most common problem my VISTA has is this:

For some reason it can't find the file it needs or one is not made.

I am running the VISTA 32bit.

Is there a point where BOINC will give up on a download? It's been working on this one file for almost 2 days:

Still unable to get this file to download:

rice.xray_scores.gzb

All other WU's/files for WCG and other projects are up/down loading as normal.

I think I lost my help here too!!! blushing
