Too much intrigue and remembering under 5 hours so fished up a set of 6 to refresh what is does on Q6600 + Vista 32bit, highly tweaked, but stock CPU speed.
----------------------------------------Added: Pushed one to the front, running concurrent with 2 HFCC and 1 CEP, after 20 minutes the HCC job shows static cum. 39,000 PFS, zero delta and 0.8 seconds kernel time. No, not concerned at all. Added 2: After 1:20 hours, 85k PF, zero delta, 2.1 seconds kernel and 24.6% progress. Will confirm final time.

I went to: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/reg/ms/viewDownloadAgain.do and the only available version is a 6.2.28 x86. Where can i get this version but a x64? Thank you Zigfried, despite of the long thread above, and once I can't see anything in the link mentioned (appear empty for me), I just would like to help mention that from my point of view, the best site to get all BOINC client releases, so far is: http://boinc.berkeley.edu/dl/?C=M;O=D Enjoy. ![]()

We waste more time on BOINC bugs in unsupported versions than any other problem.
Please use our recommended version for all but exceptional circumstances. 64bit is not an exceptional circumstance, the recommended version works perfectly. |
