 Charcoal in Texas?  We will use mesquite wood so the smoke will give the meats a nice flavor.    |

- and I hope you will return to SeriousCrunchers, jan649,
after having participated in an old fashioned Base Camp trek to CRUNCHERS SANS FRONTIERES taking place 22-27 March 2019 King sujo1, I have invited acpartsman and hope he'll pass it on to dave. I hope TLD will come - we have sweet potato fries and the fishing is good and lots of other goodies; stefada is the resident French cook Is mike047 still around? Anyone else is welcome as well. We don't have a badge yet, and I don't know yet if nap is up to doing one, because his eyes are hurting from the chronic shingles, and he has a hard time watching TV or the computer or reading for any length of time  - otherwise he's doing well as the stout man he is because of an admirable attitude   |

----------------------------------------and lots of other goodies; stefada is the resident French cook Tu vas me faire rougir ! Du coup j'ai la pression, il va falloir que je m'applique encore plus. D'ailleurs, je précise que pour ce trek, il y aura des recettes internationales. J'avais en tête quelques spécialités Chiliennes et Espagnoles entre autre. Et avec le Base Camp et les CSF, c'est l'occasion parfaite pour ouvrir les frontières de notre assiette. J'espère que nombreux seront les SeriousCrunchers qui participeront à ce trek.  You're going to make me blush ! So I have the pressure, I will have to apply even more. Moreover, I specify that for this trek, there will be international recipes. I had in mind some Chilean and Spanish specialties among others. And with Base Camp and CSF, this is the perfect opportunity to open the borders of our plate.
