I did read you email and it sounds like a good Idea to me.  As to the Ex...When I bought the house, the deal was I get a good deal (on price) If we took possession with in 90 days (paid cash) She left to take over the house and I stayed to make money to upgrade all the amenities, I paid all bills and sent money for her to live on. (comfortably) Two months latter I call the house and a mans voice answered the phone asking who was I  ...Told him I was the husband and asked who he was... wife got on phone said she needed more money and got a room mate. Long story short I told her no and he had to leave.  Two days latter received quick claim for house and divorce papers.  Such is life ... I still do not like cold weather.  That is one sad tale. I can see why you say Minnesota is too cold for you. You got the proverbial cold shoulder. I hope you never have to experience something like that again. Cheers
