I have never received this message on any other projects that I run, or have run in the past. What does it mean?

It means that BOINC's information used to calculate times is a little off. Usually this problem will resolve itself, but there are other solutions if it doesn't - so keep us updated and we will help you get started again if your queue runs dry.
