I just received an email from WCG asking me to complete the installation for a computer that's been running for ~2 weeks. I guess the problem arose after the HDD died on March 18th, I replaced it, did a clean O/S install, and downloaded the WCG program again. I couldn't remember what "name" I had used for the old computer (HDD), and when I guessed, I got a message saying the name was being used or not valid (something like that). I just made up another one and everything appeared fine.

Now your site statistics list 5 computers and I only have 4. How do I fix this without losing the points generated by the computer either before or after installing the new HDD??
