Scheduler request failed [SOLVED]

Hi,

BOINC cannot download any WU's - messages:

"Internet access OK - project servers may be temporarily down.
Scheduler request faild: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates."

I am running:

BOINC Manager 6.2.12
Ubuntu 8.10

I read elsewhere that it may be a router problem, however I ruled this out by giving the computer direct access to the Internet.

Can somebody help me with what is wrong?

This isn't a router problem.

Either your system clock is wrong, or the CA certificate file is missing.

Check the clock first!

I use the same version as you on Ubuntu 8.10. With the first installation I have the same problem as you, until an update to propose by Ubuntu on CA.
Have you update Ubuntu ?

J'utilise la même version que toi sur Ubuntu 8.10. A la première installation j'avais le même problème que toi, jusqu'à une mise à jour proposer par Ubuntu sur les CA. As tu réalisé toutes les mise à jour ?

After I updated Ubuntu with the new patches it works now.
