I will say that although the physical dependency is long gone, I still have to fight the psychological desire daily. very true. I used to give it up each year for Lent and afterwards I always went back. Staying the course is the hardest part. ![]() ![]() |

i honestly do not know the answer to that question
----------------------------------------most people consider myself as quit but i dont i started smoking almost 20 years ago and was a 3 pack a day smoker in 99 i basically tapered down to 1 cigarette a day and by 2001 i was down to 1 or 2 cigarettes a year i haven't had a smoke in over 15 months but i still do not consider myself quit yes effectively i have quit but like most things there is always the chance i will start back up again and its something you will fight forever oh and you have to quit for yourself not someone else or you wont stay quit ![]() |
