Congratulations on helping us pass the 100,000 devices mark! This is a tremendous milestone! Your PC and/or laptop is one of 100,000 devices in more than 140 countries around the world contributing to World Community Grid.

As a result of our collective efforts, World Community Grid has produced nearly seven million results for the Human Proteome Folding project. This is an incredible amount of data that could not have been produced in this short amount of time in the absence of a public grid.

It is our great hope that as scientists begin to analyze these results, they will have a better understanding and deeper knowledge of how the human body works, and this will lead to the development of cures – at a faster pace than ever imagined – for some of the world's most terrible diseases.
