Website Changes:

The Help section of the website has been significantly modified to allow users better methods to find the information they need. The new Help feature is on the right side of the main navigation bar. Clicking on 'Help' will display a page which allows a user to perform a search of all help questions or select help items related to a specific topic. When you search for a word or select a topic, it will take you to a search results page. On that page, all topics are shown in the left nav bar.
"Become a Partner" has been added to the about us page left nav bar. The Partner page has been updated to add our new partners and clarify how to become a partner.
The "Submit a Proposal" page has been moved from the About Us section of the website to the Research section of the website. The Submit a Proposal page has been modified to make it clearer how to submit a proposal and what the criteria are for a proposal.
Numbers on the World Maps now will display the name of the region they represent when a user hovers their cursor over the number

System Changes:

Team Members who quit a team and have never contributed a result will be removed from the team history
The system unavailable message has been modified so that it distinguishes between a statistics update and other maintenance. If it is the statistics update, then the page reports the estimated length of time until the update is completed.
The title of a thread in the forums will now be allowed to wrap onto the following line.
Posts in the forums that include a quote or other tag that do not have the corresponding close tags will now display properly.
