Regiment Reunion this evening, time catch up with a few 'old comrades' and swap a few yarns again. 'She who must be obeyed' coming along for the first time so I'll have to be on my best behaviour.

I'm always in awe of The female of the species .
Always being right, knowing what you've done wrong even when you haven't a clue, Multi tasking and so on.
I was privileged to witness the multi tasking part this Saturday afternoon. In light traffic heading towards Sainsbuggers were a couple in a car,
It being a hot day they had the windows down chatting to each other while eating a tub of Ice cream one each thats tub spoon & steering wheel .
The Lady driver was most probably also texting with her feet as just doing two things at once cant really be called MULTI tasking but I wouldn't want to exaggerate in any way .
Hats of to those skills that I will never achieve.
As for Me ? I'm a mere Bloke .

Evening all

Overcast for most of the day and I felt a bit weary first thing and didn't battle the transport and queue for another day at Lord's. Perhaps another night's sleep will encourage me to get cracking tomorrow morning.
