Afternoon
 I am a bit superfluous at the moment 'cos I've got the "man" in cleaning all my carpets. Just had my sitting room decorated which is what started it all off  Must say they are coming up a treat (the carpets I mean). Lots of furniture, etc. in the spare bedroom where my computer is, so only have about two square feet to sit in at the moment!!How much longer until our Leader returns? Do you think he will remember how to type? |

Good to see you here  How ya diddling? We are crunching along in spite of being without our 'Leader', who hopefully may be returning to the fold very soon We have been very good and behaved ourselves in his absence so maybe we'll get some gold stars! |

Morning
----------------------------------------once again blustery . supposed to brighten over weekend  While on the brightening subject we have had new street lights fitted quite weird flat panels with what looks like 18 small LED's/ halogen lamps. Illumination is downward doesn't seem to project upward so less light pollution the adjacent street still has the old lamps giving a orange glow to the area> I suppose they are using less power, Will have to inquire. It seems that it will save in the region of 2million quid in the area with less maintainance no lamp shade cleaning or lamp replacement. ---------------------------------------- [Edit 2 times, last edit by densnaps at May 8, 2009 9:19:09 AM] |
