----------------------------------------Its dry with a little sun poking Thru next door but one neighbour climbed a ladder to fix a gutter he's 74 unfortunately he fell & has ended up with broken hip and arm  |

....I said I would not climb any more ladders when I turned 65.....so far so good!

just one lesson I learnt whilst at work
----------------------------------------and was amongst other things a scaffold inspector " never climb a ladder till its lashed at the top "  makes sense to me ??? |

....I said I would not climb any more ladders when I turned 65.....so far so good! I cant remember 65, such a long time ago  |

j......never climb a ladder till its lashed at the top " makes sense to me ??? ...and how do you get to the top of the ladder to lash it? |

Good morning one and all. Peter you obviously missed my comment! "Gunners move away is temporary! He will be back later." He is helping an old Pal for a while! Yayy, that's good news!  We had a team event yesterday. Instead of booking it at a hotel, management booked it at Monkey World, where they rescue abused monkeys, since they thought it would be better for the money to go to them instead. We got a tour round at the end of the day, but it then started raining so all the monkeys went indoors while we stayed outside getting wet. Typical - outwitted by a bunch of chimpanzees!  |
