Evening all
Saw my Sri Lankan Quack this morning who wants to talk about cricket but cleared my BP as OK and then we went through all the details of my blood test on his computer which looked pretty good. By that I mean no great surprises but a short lecture of diet as, although my good cholesterol is splendid, the bad cholesterol count has gone up a tad so a mild slap on the wrist. And welcome to this world Caspar; what a great name. |
