Well that was a pretty bad day yesterday.The hail I spoke about first thing became a whiteout within 1/2 hour several inches built up this remember was ice granules so it stayed put the ambient being just above freezing.I was due to go to a friends from work to change her broadband connection to bt from Virgin but found the road flooded impassable
eventually did a jiggle round the flooded area and made the change over.
The secret is to follow the step by step instructions being a bloke that's the last thing I would have thought to do so she got her connection up and running.
Apart from later when I sent her an email that she received but found her reply's remained in her outbox she was going to ring the help line haven't heard back yet

Listening to the wireless news this morning the New York
Marra-Thon has understandably been cancelled due to the disruption of Sandy and the diverting of manpower away from the immediate human need. Of course the NY event billed as the largest in the World
attracts runners from all over the world, the interviews with some participants were unbelievable "its so unfair" and so on ,scuse me this is a major disaster ????
