**********. **** ************ 1. Sekerob is doing us a favor, he is not paid for this.... 2. Whl is first for a reason. 3. ************8 So either don't fight or at least don't fight dirty. For somebody who is not crunching for fame or badges (as you said in a previous thread), you have a strange way of showing it. *edited*tkh ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by TKH at Feb 20, 2009 1:34:03 PM] |

Well, going by Sekerob's latest table (the one he posted @ 4:30 pm on the 19th), it looks as though I'm currently the 'wooden spoon holder' for number of WU's crunched - which is okay by me... After all, I've only got the 1 machine (albeit, with a dual core processor - which I've only had for 2 months), as well as the DDD-T and HCC projects to reach Gold, before I start on CEP...
----------------------------------------Thus, the delay in having more CEP WU's, doesn't bother me - just so long as there'll be enough in the future to get another 86 days of valid processing ticked off [Edit 1 times, last edit by gb009761 at Feb 20, 2009 5:59:06 AM] |

And an update after 40+ reports... I'm wondering... Is there really, really, really nobody who has a runtime of more than one year??? I knew that I've crunched a lot but... |

There probably is, but not all visit the forum or wish to join in the fun.
----------------------------------------A refreshed list... as per my earlier note, give us a ring if missing in action. And keep them coming those reports of your contribution. to TCEP

Well done Harreld. That is a great contribution to a great project !
BTW Sek, I got my calculator out and checked a few of the numbers and they seem pretty spot on to me. I'm sure someone else will come along and knock me and my little home built quad off of my perch pretty soon. Its all good whatever guys. |

16 decimal precision
----------------------------------------Need to find a copy of your recipe, in a chat thread. Oggling an off-the shelf, on-line purchasable I7 920 for Euro 700, desktop. I'd not build myself as I'm bound to break off one of the CPU seat pins. Besides that, the nearest parts store wont show anything until the I7 is obsolete again. They're pushing the chopped Q8200 now which oddly are more expensive than the Q6600 rigs. Anyone another personal CEP contribution to share for the tabulation?

16 decimal precision I make my time 9.192 Need to find a copy of your recipe Its pretty old and cheap technology by todays standards Sek. Its all in the Teddies Forum somewhere. I'll try to find the links sometime at the weekend when/if I get more time. (And the guys and Gal dont mind me linking). That'll save me typing it all out again. |
