It's not just a matter of recompilation.
Additional platforms require building, testing, the results need testing for validity and platform-specific floating point issues, then the build needs maintaining so long as it is supported. Multiply this by our 9 active projects, and you can see why additional platforms are not undertaken lightly. |

Okay abhi.mishra, but ask yourself a few questions, not limited to the ones below, considering that ACAH was taken off MAC because not enough numbers were participating on that platform to get any batch or quorum complete in any reasonable amount of time:
----------------------------------------- How many continuously active devices do you think are needed to support a single WCG project? - Which projects should be ported taking homogeneous redundancy into account? - How much time should be allocated if a bug develops? WCG has 9 active projects on 4 platforms, a total of 36 different executables and data streams to maintain and limited financial and human resource, thus choices have to be made. "Only a matter of Recompilation" is but a fraction in what's involved in adding a platform. WCG btw knows which clients/platforms connect asking for work. If there were a significant number, they'd know.
