Dengue and West Nile Research - Medical Information Needed

Probably the wrong place to post but am desperate for information. I got Dengue Fever this past May/June while traveling in Asia. 7 months later I still have symptoms. While doing more research since the doctors don't seem to have many answers, I came across this connection to West Nile, which I have also had.

Would having had them both cause my current Dengue to persist this long. Where can I find more information?

There are many hospitals in Brazil that have specilized teams to treat DENGUE epidemies once it is a plague here for many years in many areas of Brazil, since was "imported" from Asia hiden in uncontrolled vectors and contamined people that arrived here many years ago.

I would like to indicate at least a excellent one, in Sao Paulo city, that is an International Reference in many areas, and considered one of the best Hospital in the world, that is called Albert Eisntein Hospital:

Thank you everyone for the links. It sounds like what I have is a 'superinfection' then. If there are no treatments for Dengue or West Nile, how do they treat a superinfection of this sort I wonder?

If anyone else comes across more information or anyone doing any clinical studies on this needing subjects, please let me know.
