Problems on this machine first logged yesterday
----------------------------------------26/01/2009 22:25:40|World Community Grid|Sending scheduler request: To fetch work. Requesting 69 seconds of work, reporting 2 completed tasks 26/01/2009 22:25:42||Project communication failed: attempting access to reference site 26/01/2009 22:25:44||Internet access OK - project servers may be temporarily down. Since then, only two successful connections and those WUs are now coming to an end. In four hours time, this machine will have nothing to do. Similar situation on other machines too. Same as Scribe here. Great difficulty with site and forum too. Fingers crossed that I will manage to get some WUs before the shutdown tomorrow. ![]() ![]() Crunching in memory of my Mum PEGGY, cousin ROPPA and Aunt AUDREY. |

We are making progress and we appreciate your patience.
Please do not reset the project as previously recommended. The issue is on our side. At this times things appear stable so you can click the 'update' or 'try again' buttons if you wish. I don't promise we won't flip things back to the primary load balancer to try to get to the root issue, but those will be short changes. As far as other comments go above, the change tomorrow is totally unrelated. It has to do with SAN storage and the databases. My previous comments about the load on SSL module on the load balancers were wrong - it turns out that the SSL module itself is just behaving poorly. We will be working with Cisco to figure out what was going on. |

In the las twelve hours, I met big problems to connect and download or upload. 9 tries on 10, or even more, get "SSL connect error" as answer from the server. I sent two unanswered mails to the support. Has anybody an idea of what happens ? ![]() Legrandpiou off topic...about your closing picture... RUA DA SAUDADE is a clear portuguese expression for me, and means something like MISSING STREET (unfortunately there is no loyal translation to English that could be related to SAUDADE word in Portuguese). I'm curious about where you get it picture ? ![]()
