If client has not contacted the servers in 3 or 6 or 9 days, does it matter if it runs until kingdom come?

...if it is still running 'bad' WUs then it will not ask for valid work. It should stop running work that has passed the return date.....

If client has not contacted the servers in 3 or 6 or 9 days, does it matter if it runs until kingdom come? Of course it does! I certainly don't want my machines sat idle for weeks on end trying to crunch bad wu - ironic really that it's CEP that should generate this problem.   |
