I got one as well, this happens at times and is no need to worry about. The third WU usually resolves the problem....

I have one WU that hasen't started jet, should I just abort it?

Hello kskjold,
The problem batches seem to be 125 on up. 124 should be fine. But if it is not, then the next time your computer contacts the server, it will receive an order to cancel or abort the problem batches. Either way, you do not need to do anything. Lawrence |

I've also returned an inconclusive workunit; it took about 26 CPU hours, but two wingmen who returned resilts in less than one CPU hour were declared valid and my result was declared invalid. Could this indicate some problem in choosing sufficiently matching machines to distribute copies of the same workunit to?

----------------------------------------I hope that the problem you mention is not a recent one, otherwise you should give more information on the WU's name (the link you give is visible for the owning member only). This problem has been fixed at validation level. The shorter WUs were failing WUs which "forgot" to return an error code. Now the validators are able to recognize them and declare them as Invalid (or Error, I don't remember), so the Valid ones are not abusively compared to them. Cheers.
