The result is valid, but there is a big difference between cpu time 36 hours versus 1,8 hours and between claimed credits 219 versus 27.
----------------------------------------Result Name Status Sent Time Time Due / Return Time CPU Time (hours) Claimed/ Granted BOINC Credit E000078_ 755A_ 000f4s00b_ 1-- Valid 1/1/09 19:51:13 1/3/09 13:30:25 35.79 219.0 / 26.7 E000078_ 755A_ 000f4s00b_ 0-- Valid 1/1/09 19:50:50 1/9/09 17:46:52 1.78 26.7 / 26.7 Is this possible? |

The first results i got were with a CPU time of 30h up to 49h. See below my first 6 results with the total time and points.
The Clean Energy Project 6,976 6 0:004:08:20:17 It takes some time (approx. 3 days) until my results are shown in the web. My last 5 results are all with a cpu time of 11h. (core duo 2,00GHz) When the calculating time will stay on 11h it would be ok. |

j.post, this is something which should no longer happen.
----------------------------------------At the beginning of the CE project there were some WUs which failed without returning an error code. At validation time together with a WU ending normally each of the two "valid" ones had 50 % chance to be declared an outlier, too bad when it was the good one. Now it still happens that some CEP WUs fail the same but then the validator detects them and declares them invalid. Cheers. Jean. ---------------------------------------- [Edit 1 times, last edit by JmBoullier at Jan 12, 2009 6:30:24 AM] |
