Temporarily failed download .... file not found: project reset required

I don't know if this is a result of the move, but half of my machines were showing failed downloads of new WUs (all Linux).
I tried the classic steps of restarting Boinc, and rebooting the computer, but I could not resolve this issue until I reset the WCG project.

Hopefully this post will help anyone else with this issue.
