I've got some computation problems with Clean Energy Project Work Units. This is not the first time, I had to abort other WU's that does not elaborate.
With each of these WU the problem was the same, the elaboration is blocked at 0.000% for about one hour or a half, than restarts. I had one of those WU in elaboration for 2 days, but nothing happened so I aborted it. I noticed a similar problem on my first WU. The progress sits at 0% for about an hour then starts to climb. After 2.5 hours, its 3% done. Its going to take much longer than the 21 hours that was estimated. I think this project has some bugs that need to be worked out.

satan_shark's post is showing a real bug (already reported sometimes), but what Superg17 describes is just normal behavior for a CEP WU: they are slow, have a long initialization period at 0 % and their duration is difficult to estimate but all this is not at all a bug. Only some inconvenience.

I've found another similar Error with this Project.
My last WU has the CPU Time while running always fixed to 00:00:00 and the progress at 0,000% for two days. The Wu's Name is: E000126_676A_000l1800a Another problem I had was on this WU: E000115_542A_000j5j006 after 0.33 Hours of CPU Time gave "Error" as result. |

Batch 126 ( E000126 ) was one of the bad batches that had to be canceled by the server. The bad batches would just run at 0% progress. This is posted in 'Known Issues'. Lawrence |
