When I am using my computers I am usually using 3-4 at a time. I have boinc set to suspend all crunching while they are in use (due to lag issues and a hot laptop).
When I am at these computers I am at one for 5 minutes and then skip on over to the next computer. During this time boinc starts up the workunits and crunches a bit. I then get back to the computer and it stops. This causes the workunit to dump the 5% or so that it has just crunched. Is there a way that I can make the Clean Energy Project workunits save their progress more often? |

There is no way to make it have more frequent checkpoints, but you can enable the "Leave applications in memory while suspended" option in Preferences, so that it will continue to crunch from the point before suspension:
