I've joined WCG just a few days ago, so maybe this is a newby question.
----------------------------------------My problem: My stats page shows:  My results page shows:  So the resultspage shows 4 completed WU's for Human Proteome Folding 2 and no completed WU's for FightAIDS@Home, while the statspage does show the FightAIDS@Home WU (which was definately worked on by my system), but shows only 3 returned results for Human Proteome Folding 2. So why am I missing the FightAIDS@Home WU on the results page, and why am I also missing a Human Proteome Folding 2 WU on the stats page? Just check again in the next statitics update and you probably will see it fixed... Right now the Global statitics are: Global Statistics Statistics Last Updated: 18/12/08 12:06:03 (UTC) (WCG status of 11 hour(s) ago ) So there is a delay between your results status on the page that are you watching and the update that happens each 24 hours. Hello ziggo-gebruikersnl.tja,
It certainly looks as though your oldest HPF2 result was credited to FAAH. This might be a bug that occurs when starting a new member. I will report it. Lawrence |

I think that there is no problem at all. The 3 HPF-results are the 3 oldest validated ones. The 4th HPF was validated to late for the daily stats update. The 1 FAAH result already validated and granted is an older one (perhaps your 1st WCG-job), which is already gone from the result pages, because it is more as four days ago. I don't see a HPF2 job with 120.6 granted credits (844 divided 7). Perhaps you can have a look in your stdoutdae.txt or stdoutdae.old files for history. Sounds this reasonable? |

Crystal Pellet, that was my thought, too.
ziggo-gebruikersnl.tja, once a result reaches "Valid", usually it only remains on the Results Status page for about 4 days. |

The 4th HPF was validated to late for the daily stats update. Good guess CP! ziggo-gebruikersnl.tja, The second date-time you see in the Results Status page is the date and time the WU has been reported by your client. Unfortunately the validation date-time are not visible anywhere on this page. From the heading of your report it is clear that this 4th HPF2 job has been validated sometime in the afternoon of Dec 18 (UTC). Cheers. Jean. |

I already guessed today that older results are deleted from the results page. As there is a 'page: 1' mentioned on the page, I thought all results would be kept. The disappearance today of the Help Conquer Cancer result confirms the deletion of older results. The first FAAH result was not my first result, but it is very possible it was the first validated result (I don't remember exactly, but it is close). The missing HPF has indeed been added to the stats page somewhere today so everything seems fine now. Thanks for all the answers! |
