Now there seems to be different colours of badges: bronze, silver, and gold.

Henri, you saw correct... see my previous post. The 3 levels were implemented about 2-3 months ago.

I think the badges came out first, then they implemented the bronze, silver, and gold colors for different levels of runtime (and perhaps platinum as per Sekerobs post?
)Can't stand the bronze, I need lots of AC@H, Beta, and CEP jobs to get those ugly ones off my posts ![]() |

yes there are the 3 badge colors and most people shoot for the gold..
----------------------------------------myself i would like all my projects to be in the gold but if they dont make it cause of issues then i dont get it... yes alot of us would like to see a larger badge for say 1 year + on a project since some of us have a year or 2 on some of the projects ![]() |

I think 3 level badges are to short (i mean getting gold isn't hard, except for beta WU) may be adding more colors for 1 year, 10 year or may be 100 year

yes i would love to see a 1 2 3... year badge for each project they might even need bigger ones for some projects but i also see people complaning that they got 4.5 years on this project but since it goes from 3 years to 5 years they still show up with there 3 year badge :P
----------------------------------------thats the problem with extra long badge times people may not make it from 1 checkpoint to the next i asume the reason they picked 15 45 and 90 days was to give the avarage user who only has 1 computer enough time to ensure if they try for it they can get a gold badge now if your talkin an overall stats badge for years then yea they are going to need a 100 and larger year badge sooner or later and probaly a 1000 year one cause i am sure someon out there has more than 100 computers adding up for there results ![]() |
