Trials and tribulations and eating hat, truly don't know if it's because the client already had a wcg account file, but WCG got detached after hitting BAM sync button in the client. Then, went to the BAM account site, visited the sources page, ticked the radio button, "connect all clients immediately", noting that it says there left of the tick box "no response from project" and low and behold, WCG re-attached. Baffled.



Now vaguely I remember someone noting (Lawrence maybe), that on clients that are attached to an AMS with manually attached projects will have them detached by the AMS on next contact. Anyway, it somehow works, but not figured the permanent facts to know it will consistently do so.
