every now and then i read the posts in the chatroom
----------------------------------------now mabey its me and im being stupid here but i have to page through multiple pages just to get to the most recent posts so i can read whats new... sorry sometimes i dont like reading the 4000+ posts and want to see whats been comment in the last few days only would love it if it listed pages like goto page first,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,last and if you were further in say page 30 first, 27,28,29,30,31,32,33,34,last again this would in my opinion help you jump to the start or end of a topic instead of haveing to scroll through multiple pages  |

yes i can see by adding &lastpage=yes you get to the last page.. but it still shows you on the first page so if ya want to go back a page what then...
----------------------------------------yes that faq was usefull but it looks to me like its a work around (something that apears in Windows Vista alot) and i hate work arounds so many other forums have an actual lastpage or such button.. yes the &lastpage=yes will probaly work for now if i remember to type it but i would really like to see an actual change instead |

Have to suppose that the FAQ is incomplete and makes no mention of
---------------------------------------- . When hovering my mouse over that icon next to the poster name it says "last page".

Hello nasher,
but i would really like to see an actual change instead These bugs have long since been fixed in mvnForum, but we have never found the time to upgrade the forum software. Had everything worked out, we would have upgraded mvnForum this year, but we had too many problems to solve. Next year is shaping up to present as many problems as this year, starting with the CEP page faults.  Lawrence |

....in fact go to last POST rather than last PAGE would be better... Agree with you...ask and write about it before but until now nothing... just a simple button maybe called LAST POST...
