The Clean Energy Project - Crunching Chart

One up for this project and it seems to have taken the solar wind for now out of the RICE project, the difference implying there's mountains of tasks sitting in Pending Valdiation. Derived from the solar wind, ion wind engines, no surprise, exist already, the next source of cooling your computer http://www.nforcershq.com/ion-wind-engines-to-cool-computers/

Herewith The CEP performance chart and do we have monsters on our hand (in CPU time). Have no work volume info, just a 2 year project indicator, so I'll use that for now to measure progress. Unsurprising, 4 days out of 2 years works out as ~0.62% biggrin

Sure, once the project has found it's feet we'll see official pages at http://cleanenergy.harvard.edu/go/index.php?i...=sidebar&sidebar=news

enjoy

Bump: First day, the project broke through 10 CPU years in a day, same day WCG broke through an overall CPU year record of 246. applause

Great graphs, I really like to see progress in action. The more I hear about the results, the better.

Re: The Clean Energy Project - Crunching Chart

About to hit the 100 CPU years and still, notwithstanding present extending crunching times, highest credit per hour. Must be serious work horses towing these solar panels.

What we taketh in one hand (points per hour) we giveth away in the other (results per day).

smile Re: The Clean Energy Project - Crunching Chart

Today heading for a record number of validated results, 14,300. Not a a shortage I'd say. At this pace of availability we're bound to break through the 19.8 CPU years record too.

biggrin Re: The Clean Energy Project - Crunching Chart

I am getting all the WU's I could ever ask for, and average 25 daily CEP in PV status. Helps to have a quad core chip working on CEP WU's 24x7. Please just keep them coming!!!!!

Re: The Clean Energy Project - Crunching Chart

Everyone is saying that there's a bunch of work now, but I don't seem to be getting any of it... All the WCG activity I see is for Rice... Hope I'm not listed as an unreliable host!
