I cleared my local preferences and i edited my default settings @ your link to "Maximum Output: Set my profile so that it will do the maximum amount of research possible on my computer "
I restarted my PC so that it would be forced to communicate with server but it didnt work :( it seemed like nice idea tough |

Did BOINC communicate with the servers? That's all that is normally needed to get the website prefs to take effect. There's a line in the message log to confirm that:

Restarting your computer doesn't force anything. You simply need to click on the Update button on the Projects tab.

I cant find that line so that would be NO it didnt communicate with server, can i manually request communication with server somehow?

As what Didactylos wrote > BOINC Manager, Advanced View (if in Simple), > Projects Tab, select WCG and hit Update button in left margin.
