I'm missing a few lines what happens after the startup, but it's sure that the log shows that between client start and computation resume there is 2 minutes like this:

The problem was that no matter how long I was leaving it the work units were not starting up. It would 'stall' until I hit the update button.

Having said that I tried reinstalling the updated version, only this time I used the 'repair' option and it appears to be working normally now. smile
