I think i would be a good idea to give project badges to teams also. with for example 140 days for bronze, 450 days for silver and 900 days for gold. I think that will be a good motivation for recruting new members to the teams......

Sugegstion, make the badges printable links, to a nice diploma to print and put on the wall.

----------------------------------------call-off printable certificates is also something in the works. What's going to be on them I don't know, but the project badges would be nice indeed. So many requests for features and only so few hands to do it all, thus everything that's proposed is very much prioritized. ciao

I think i would be a good idea to give project badges to teams also. with for example 140 days for bronze, 450 days for silver and 900 days for gold. I think that will be a good motivation for recruting new members to the teams...... The powers that be will decide on the levels for each badge, but I think the levels should be higher. My team is in 84th place and would get 10 Gold, 3 Silver and 1 Bronze (missing only AC@H) immediately. I have long thought that the solution is not just the 3 badges we have but more badges to allow recognition for higher crunching levels such as 10 YEARS (for members). I do agree.

I do agree. Bronze 1 year Silver 5 years Gols 10 years For example... Certainly 1,5 and 10 years is fine for Members but not for teams. With this, my humble team still starts with 5 Gold, 2 Silver and 3 bronze (with 2 of the bronze being HFCC and CEP that would easily become Silver soon). As I have stated in other posts, badges should be both rewards and goals, depending on how much crunching you have done. So 10, 50 and 100 years starts to look more like goals and rewards for more teams, in addition to the 1, 5 and 10 years. |
