Hi,
Let me start out that I have a hearing problem and I surely am not the only one. I started the video that was announced and tried to enable the closed captioned feature, but was told that it was not available. So I could not enjoy the video :-( I encourage you to include captioning with the video. JB |

Good point, and that could also be useful to foreign viewers who are not at ease with spoken American. Reading English captions is easier than getting used to hearing the language. You can even pause to read them if that goes too fast!

Hello, I agree with what is said. And besides of the persons who have a hearing problem it can also help the translation for the not English teams to have the written text.
