I would like to see this team more vivid and supported, developed as well as encouraged by an active captain.

Our captain did not return any result for more than three years and has not opted-in to receive E-mails from members of the team.

So I start the following process:
1. This is request to the current captain Mantel to live up to his role. I expect at least a posting within 4 weeks to this threat and one action to develop this team.
2. In the meantime all members of the team are requested to show their interest in the team and apply to take over the role as captain.
3. Candidates use this forum for their application. I will support the candidate
- with an reasonable plan to develop this team,
- a membership to this team that started al least 1 month before this threat and
- a qualification that shows that he's a serious number cruncher
4. If there are no candidates within 8 weeks: I will apply for the role.
