Hi everyone,

Here are some short news on the HCMD project :

- First, phase II IS definitely getting launched, I'm working on the final version of the code right now and hope to deliver it to WCG by the end of the month (and afterwards they also have to check it and find when they can launch it on the grid since there are other projects running too ... but we are definitely moving forward). Alessandra Carbone is preparing a longer post on the subject.

_ Second, I'm happy to say that our first paper on this project got published in Journal of Molecular Biology, you can find an abstract here :

That's another important step forward, because if we can get other scientific groups interested in this issue (how do we predict protein interaction partners and use these predictions for drug-design ?) the research will certainly go faster too
