I use FAAH and HelpConquerCancer projects. I have installed a new version of BOINC Manager 6.2.18. After start I see only HelpConquerCancer jobs, but no FAAH! In the Add Project option I can find FAAH link like, for example, http://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/ for Rosetta project. So what is a direct link for FAAH project to start it again in my new program version?

Completely correct. We're converting to a new version and have to drain the old work first to do this, thus no work for FAAH. Should be done today or tomorrow before new FAAH work is distributed.
