Courine, Have you been reading Elizabeth Kubler Ross' books? Coz I have and still refer to them..

Good advise - to ask myself what would he have wanted for me - I suppose he would have wanted for me not to go on hurting and crying as much. As for the stages as defined above I seem to go up and down from one to the other and over again but not in that order.
I don't know about fantasy but denial yes, it seems like a terrible nightmare,
Thank you Courine for your kind words, they are appriciated and of great comfort to me. I have great friends in you all and every expression of comfort is good and positive and helps me heal. The worst thing would be silence when I have such a need to talk and ask what to expect next or what to do, how to behave, what to say or think even..
I am sorry I am such a complicated being and so clumsy...

Christine is in need of our prayers. Her husband, Kuttath Muralidharan Menon, has died from a heart attack on Friday.

I love you Christine. I am praying the Lord to comfort you in this time of sorrow.

Oh, Christine, I am so sorry, I have only just heard. I was in hospital at the time, and have not done much posting since, but just spotted Diana's posting today.

I don't know about fantasy but denial yes, it seems like a terrible nightmare.

You have to understand, this will take time. About 6mo for every 5yrs of contact is standard for most humans. But the most work occurs in the first 30% of the time.

The one thing about depression is, in itself, depressing. This means that the natures of depression can cycle on itself. Making a self-driving situation on its own. The onset of anxiety in the mix can drive out depression, but is exhausting. Weakening you to falling prey to the depressing state of depression, once again.

So you, like before, are on a quest. Just this time, its not for Olivia.
