cool Re: how accurate ???

sirbarbarosa,
If you do not get a sudden blizzard of information / misinformation you might consider registering on the bulletin board for grid.org at http://forum.grid.org/phpBB/index.php. Then go into the Member to Member Support forum and get into Vaio's Hardware Hangout thread at http://forum.grid.org/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=15688 There are plenty of dedicated overclockers on that thread always ready to hand out information and tips.

Re: how accurate ???

Morning sirbarbarosa,
I'm a big fan of the Asus Motherboards and the ASUS Probe is notoriously inaccurate. Make sure that you have downloaded the latest from the ASUS website as it is always being tinkered with by ASUS's software engineers. The best you can hope for is an indication that your cooling system has got worse. You get the baseline when you build the PC and then if it starts going up it's time time to hoover out those fans.

Sorry I can't be more positive but it's good to know you are not alone.

Regards

Dave
