No points accumulating.

Early in Feb. I had to change hard drives because the primary drive crashed. Since then the agent is running fine, I know it's returning results, but my points score show the last result returned was on Feb. 10th. Many WU's have finished, returned results, and downloaded the next WU since Feb. 10.

I havn't changed my user name or password, and my device profile is the same.

Does anyone know what's going on? Any suggestions or feedback will be appreciated.

confused Re: No points accumulating.

Is the Agent accumulating points, showing that the server is acknowledging receipt of the results?
Added: When you reinstalled, did you check the 'Previous Member' box? How many devices do you show under your Member ID if you use the drop down menu to show all devices ever registered? What is shown when you click on each device?
