Hello burakreis,
I have heard one estimate that HCC would take until 2015 at the current rate. However, what we are providing HCC is the data that they are analysing to figure out how to do the job more quickly and efficiently. Eventually they will change and improve the analysis software. They may do this several times. So all I can suggest is that you should read the status reports that they issue at http://www.cs.toronto.edu/~juris/WCG/wcg-hcc.html

See the finger in the air pie estimates in the graphs link below for an overview. Based on a current known work volume size (180 million tasks total) we're now nearing 10% completion based on that volume.

See that pie chart please. On current progress it's actually June 2015, but the target is to get it to finish 2013. Also depends on the growth of WCG and the software improvements.
